Global News tried contacting Redford’s southwest Calgary office for comment, but staff refused to say where she was. They eventually phoned back, but said Redford was unavailable for interviews.

That isn’t sitting well with constituents.

“I think everybody needs to be held accountable, so I welcome an investigation if one’s needed,” said one man.

“Send her to jail. I mean this woman has spent so much of our money for so long and done terrible things I think,” added another woman.

Her response when asked if she would vote for Redford again?

“Not in a million years.”

The last time Redford was embroiled in an expense scandal, she flew to Palm Springs, California.
